How do Flona credits work, and how many videos can I create?
Each plan includes credits that are added monthly. The number of videos you can create depends on the format, duration, creator, and generation settings you choose. The estimates shown on each plan help you choose the right monthly volume.
Does it cost more to create videos for different languages or markets?
No. Flona does not charge a separate localization fee for supported languages or markets. Credit usage is based on the video format, duration, and generation settings, not the language you choose. Flona creates the creative for that language and audience from the ground up instead of translating one master ad.
What is the difference between monthly and yearly billing?
Monthly plans are billed each month. Yearly plans are billed once per year at the discounted price shown on the pricing page, while your plan credits are still added monthly. You get the annual savings without receiving all of your credits at once.
Do unused credits roll over or expire?
Credits remain available for two months from the date they are added. This gives you time to carry unused credits into the following month, but they do not roll over indefinitely.
Can I buy extra credits if I run out?
Yes. You can purchase a one-time credit top-up whenever you need more output. A subscription is not required, and top-up credits can be added on top of an active plan.
Can I change or cancel my plan later?
Yes. Upgrades begin after payment is confirmed, while downgrades take effect on your next billing date. Your existing credits stay available until their normal expiry. You can also cancel through the secure billing portal, and your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Can I try Flona for free?
Yes. The Free plan includes 100 credits each month and does not require a credit card. You can explore Flona, create your first videos, and move to a paid plan when you need more volume or advanced capabilities.
