Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding contract between you and FLONAAI TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, the company that operates flona.ai and the Flona application (together, "Flona" or the "Service"). By creating an account or using Flona, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
If you are using Flona on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and "you" in these Terms refers to that entity. Last updated: April 23, 2026.
Who can use Flona
- You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and legally capable of entering a contract.
- You must not be barred from using the Service under any applicable sanctions, export control, or similar law.
- Flona is a self-serve platform for businesses, marketers, agencies, and creators. We do not currently offer enterprise contracts or invoice-based billing; every customer accepts these Terms by signing up.
Your account
- Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
- Tell us at support@flona.ai right away if you suspect unauthorised access.
- Account information must be accurate. If a detail changes (billing address, company name, tax identifier), update it in your profile.
- Accounts are for the account holder and the team members you invite. You may not sell, rent, or transfer an account without our written permission.
The service
Flona is a personalised AI ads and reels creation platform. You paste a brand URL and optionally upload assets, and Flona uses large language models, image models, and voice models to generate short-form video content tailored to your brand, audience, and market. You can edit the output in Flona or export it to publish on your own channels.
Flona creates content. It does not run ads, place media buys, or publish to ad platforms on your behalf. You remain responsible for deciding what you publish, where you publish it, and whether it complies with each platform's own policies.
Your content
"Your Content" means anything you submit, upload, or connect to Flona, including the brand URL you paste, logos, images, videos, audio, products, text, and AI Twin inputs.
- You own Your Content. We do not claim ownership of the brand assets you bring to Flona.
- Licence to us. You grant Flona a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service for you. This licence ends when you delete Your Content, except where we must keep copies to comply with the law or on our normal backup rotation.
- Warranty. You confirm that you have all rights, licences, consents, and permissions required to upload Your Content and to use it for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes in the markets you target.
- No training use. We do not use Your Content to train general-purpose AI models for other customers. Brand context stays inside your account.
AI-generated content
"Generated Content" means the scripts, voiceovers, avatars, scenes, and videos that Flona produces from Your Content.
- Ownership. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you own the Generated Content produced in your account, and Flona assigns to you any rights it may have in that output, so you can use it commercially.
- Limits on ownership. AI-generated output cannot be copyrighted in every country, and identical or similar output may be produced for other users from independent prompts. You accept that Flona cannot guarantee exclusivity over any individual Generated Content.
- Your responsibility. You are responsible for reviewing Generated Content before publishing it. AI models can produce inaccuracies, off-brand statements, or content that is not suitable for every audience or regulator. Do not publish output you have not reviewed.
- Third-party components. Some features rely on third-party AI models (for example voice synthesis or image generation). Your use of those features must also comply with the underlying provider's acceptable-use rules. We will communicate relevant restrictions inside the product.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Flona, and not to allow anyone else to use it, for any of the following:
- Anything illegal under applicable law, including scams, fraud, money laundering, or unauthorised data collection.
- Cloning the face or voice of a real person without their documented consent, or impersonating a public figure, brand, or official.
- Content that sexually exploits or endangers minors, or any content depicting child sexual abuse material.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery or any sexual content involving a real person without their clear consent.
- Hate speech, harassment, threats, or incitement to violence against any protected group or individual.
- Political advertising, election influence, or coordinated inauthentic behaviour, except where the relevant ad platform explicitly allows it and you comply with every disclosure rule.
- Medical, health, financial, legal, or other claims that require professional licensing you do not hold.
- Advertising regulated goods (alcohol, tobacco, gambling, pharmaceuticals, firearms, crypto assets, adult products, and similar) without the approvals required in each target market.
- Uploading malware, reverse engineering Flona, attempting to access systems you are not authorised to access, or bypassing usage limits.
- Using Flona output to train a competing AI model.
- Violating the terms of the platforms where you publish the output (for example Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads).
Flona may take action, including removing content and suspending or terminating accounts, when we believe these rules have been broken.
AI Twin cloning release
If you use AI Twin to clone a face or voice, you represent and warrant the following for each identifiable person in your inputs:
- You are that person, or you hold a written release signed by that person granting you the right to create and commercially use an AI clone of their face and voice.
- The release permits the scope of use you intend, including the markets, languages, products, and any political, religious, or sensitive uses you plan.
- The person is at least eighteen (18) years old, has given consent freely, and can withdraw consent in the future.
- You will keep these releases for at least three (3) years and provide them to Flona if we ask, for example if someone complains that their likeness has been misused.
You indemnify Flona against any claim that arises because an AI Twin was created or used without proper consent.
Third-party platforms and integrations
Flona may let you connect third-party services (for example ad platforms, storage tools, or analytics). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, not ours. Flona is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behaviour of third-party services.
Plans, credits, and billing
- Flona is a self-serve subscription and credit-based service. The current plans, credits, overage rates, and any free tier are shown on our Pricing page, which forms part of these Terms.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. Credits expire at the end of the period stated on the Pricing page unless we explicitly tell you otherwise.
- Prices are shown exclusive of taxes. Where required by law, we or our payment processor add applicable GST, VAT, or sales tax.
- All payments are processed by a third-party payment processor, which may act as a Merchant of Record for your purchase. Flona does not store full card or bank account numbers on its servers.
- If a payment fails we may suspend access to paid features until the balance is cleared. We may retire old credit card details and ask you to re-enter them for security.
- We may change prices, plans, or credit rates with at least thirty (30) days' notice. Changes never apply to a billing cycle you have already paid for.
Referral program
- Flona may offer referral rewards to subscribed users who refer agencies, brands, freelancers, creative teams, or other entities that are a genuine fit for the Service.
- Referral rewards are not automatic. To qualify, both the referrer and the referred entity must have active subscriptions, and the referral must be reviewed and approved by Flona.
- If a referral is approved, Flona may grant promotional credits to both the referrer and the referred entity. These credits are non-cash, non-transferable, and can be used only inside Flona.
- We may withhold, revoke, or reverse referral rewards if we believe there is abuse, fraud, self-referral, duplicate accounts, misleading activity, or any other violation of these Terms.
- Flona may change, pause, or end the referral program at any time. Any referral-specific rules shown in the application form part of these Terms.
Cancellation and refunds
- You can cancel your subscription from the Flona application at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you keep access to paid features until then.
- Except where required by law or where we explicitly offer a refund, all fees and credits are non-refundable. This includes unused credits left over at the end of a billing cycle.
- If a consumer protection law in your country gives you a statutory right to cancel or withdraw (for example an EU fourteen-day withdrawal right), that right applies on top of these Terms.
- If you believe you were charged in error, email us at support@flona.ai within thirty (30) days and we will investigate.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have broken these Terms (especially the Acceptable Use or AI Twin sections), if your account creates a security, legal, or reputation risk for Flona, or if we are required to by law.
You can close your account at any time by following the steps in the Flona application or by emailing support@flona.ai. When an account closes we delete personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Flona intellectual property
Flona, the Flona name and logo, the software, the models we train or fine-tune, and everything in the Service other than Your Content and Generated Content remain the property of FLONAAI TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED and its licensors. These Terms do not give you any rights in the Flona brand or technology, except the limited right to use the Service while your account is active.
Warranties and disclaimers

AI-generated output is probabilistic. It can be wrong, off-brand, or unsuitable for some audiences and regulators. You are responsible for reviewing Generated Content before you publish it.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid to Flona in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD 100), or its equivalent in your local currency.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FLONAAI TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to Your Content, Generated Content that you publish, AI Twin inputs you upload, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material (for example changes that restrict your rights or change pricing), we will give you at least thirty (30) days' notice by email or through the Flona application. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the Service and close your account before the effective date.
